  • Day 2 – Nile cruise (East bank of Luxor)

Breakfast onboard is followed by a visit to the magnificent Karnak and Luxor temples in the East bank of Luxor. Once your visit is complete you will return to the boat for lunch while the cruise sailing; You can watch as it departs Luxor and sails for Esna as the Nile flows gently underneath you, dinner will be served.

  • Day 3 – Nile cruise (Esna & Edfu)

Breakfast on board, and you will visit the Esna Temple, which is located in the center of the town, and is dedicated to the gods Khnum, Neith and Heka. After the visit you will be taken back to the boat for your lunch while it sails onward to Edfu, home of the best preserved temple in Egypt: the Temple of Horus.

After your visit to this superb temple you will be taken back to the boat in plenty of time before it departs Edfu, dinner being served as it sails majestically towards Kom Ombo.

  • Day 4 – Nile cruise (Kom Ombo)

After breakfast you will be taken for a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the gods Horus and Sobek. Afterwards it is back to the boat for lunch and the sail to Aswan.

  • Day 5 – Nile cruise (Aswan)

Your day starts with breakfast, before you arrive in Aswan. Once ashore you will be driven to see the High Dam, the worlds largest rock filled dam, and then a motor boat sail to the Temple of Philae, moved to the island of Agilika after the waters of Lake Nasser flooded its original location. It is then back to the boat for your dinner.

  • Day 6 – Nile cruise (Abu Simble)

Early wake up, breakfast box then start a 3hrs30 journey by coach to Abu Simble to see these marvelous temples, which were originally carved out of a rocky mountainside by Ramses II. Drive back to Aswan for lunch while the boat sets sail, this time downstream, for Kom Ombo once again, visit Sobek temple dedicate to Horus and Haroeris, then the cruise sail towards Edfu, dinner & overnight onboard.

  • Day 7 – Nile cruise (Luxor)

Breakfast onboard is followed by free morning at leisure. You will cross the locks at Esna, once again, as the boat heads back to Luxor. Free evening at leisure or you may choose an optional visit to Karnak temple to enjoy its sound and light show.

  • Day 8 – Disembarkation day (West bank of Luxor)

An early breakfast, disembarkation, and then it is time to visit the West Bank of Luxor: the tombs of the New Kingdom Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings; the magnificent temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahri finishing with the immense Colossi of Memnon. At the end of tour you will be transferred to Luxor airport for final departure.
