7-Day Siwa Women’s Wellness Retreat
Slow down in Egypt’s most peaceful oasis with salt-lake floating, gentle movement, desert mindfulness, Siwan culture and meaningful time shared with women.
Restore Your Rhythm in Egypt’s Most Peaceful Oasis
This seven-day women-only Siwa retreat creates room to breathe, reconnect and experience Egypt beyond the usual sightseeing route. After an easy arrival night in Cairo, travel west with a small supportive group to a carefully selected Siwan eco-lodge, where palm groves, desert silence and natural springs shape a slower daily rhythm.
Your journey balances gentle guided movement and breathwork with unhurried cultural discovery. Float effortlessly in Siwa’s brilliant salt lakes, visit Cleopatra’s Spring, explore Shali Fortress and the Oracle Temple, meet local women through a respectful artisan experience, and cross the Great Sand Sea by 4×4 for sunset, tea and dinner. Every wellness activity is invitational and can be adapted to individual comfort; this is a restorative travel experience, not a medical treatment.

Your Day-by-Day Journey to Stillness
Seven unhurried days blending women’s connection, oasis nature, cultural respect and restorative desert experiences.
Meet our airport representative and transfer privately to your Cairo hotel. After settling in, join your female retreat host for a relaxed welcome circle, practical briefing and gentle grounding exercise. The rest of the evening is free for rest after your flight.
After breakfast, begin the scenic journey west in a private air-conditioned vehicle. Pause for comfort and lunch along the Mediterranean route before continuing into the Western Desert. Arrive in Siwa, check into your eco-lodge and share a nourishing dinner followed by a short evening breathing practice.
Begin with optional gentle movement and a relaxed breakfast. Float in Siwa’s turquoise salt lakes, where the naturally saline water creates an extraordinary sense of buoyancy, then rinse and unwind at Cleopatra’s Spring. After quiet lodge time, visit Fatnas Island for tea, journaling and sunset reflection beside the water.
Start slowly with breathwork before exploring Shali Fortress and the traditional kershef architecture of old Siwa. Continue to the Oracle Temple and Mountain of the Dead with a local guide. Later, enjoy a respectful cultural encounter centered on Siwan women’s embroidery, crafts or food traditions, subject to community availability and privacy.
Enjoy a restful morning before an afternoon 4×4 safari into the Great Sand Sea. Cross sweeping dunes, pause at natural springs when conditions allow, and try optional sandboarding. As the light softens, join a guided mindfulness practice before Bedouin tea, sunset and dinner under the desert sky.
Following breakfast, check out and travel back to Cairo with planned comfort stops. On arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy time to rest. A short closing circle helps the group reflect on the retreat and carry its slower, more intentional rhythm home.
After breakfast, check out at the appropriate time and transfer privately to Cairo International Airport. Our representative assists with departure procedures, bringing your women’s wellness journey through Siwa Oasis to a smooth close.
